Sister power! Hayleigh and Kendall rock the ladder

When these two stop being mean to each other they actually get a good workout in!

Here they are showing there fast feet with a simple ladder drill. If you have a teenager that would like to join in with these two and do an hour on the bike and then an hour on the floor doing a bootcamp style class Monday and Tuesday night please contact me.

Kellie knows how to train!!

This girl is tough! I meet with Kellie once a week and every week I'm blown away with how hard she works and her dedication to being in great shape. She gets up early to train everyday and then works all day at a pretty intense job. She comes home to her little ones and then even as tired as she is...she kicks some serious ass in the gym! And this little clip doesn't do her justice either!!

Mike Barry at LaBicicletta

Mike Barry of Team Sky was in town and I had the pleasure of meeting him and spending quite a bit of time with him while we were getting the shop ready for his book signing. I'm a big fan of him as a rider and I was very impressed with him as a person, he had tons of time for me and went out of his way to sign everything and make time for everyone. Thanks again Mike!!

We welcome Waldon to the Real Deal crew!!

Waldon Moreau is working on becoming a very competitive triathlete like his mom. He has been apart of the Newmarket Eagle youth program I run the last 2 years and thinks I might be able to help him out on the bike. If I can get him biking as well has this kid can run we might have a future Tri - stud on our hands!

Paul and his repeats!

He might be wearing the wrong gear in this video and his Real Deal arm warmers might be on backwards but Paul Rea has come along way this year and I couldn't be more proud! We were out today and hit this climb 7 times. I got him to try it a few different ways and really made him work on his kick over the summit. I really enjoy working with people who can push themselves! Thanks for giving it your all big man!

Did I mention its been a good year?

This year has been great for me for results on a bike and in my coaching business. This past season has flew by mostly because I have been busy building my client base and working extremely hard to be the rider I want to be. I love this sport, I love racing and I think I love coaching more than I could have ever imagined! I want to thank all the great people in my life, I couldn't have done any of this (starting a business/winning races) without you!!
