Here is Paul Rea finishing off a very hard effort. Paul is looking to find that extra gear and I'm going to show him that hard work gets you everything. Finding his max and then training close to it will have Paul flying this year! If your not working this hard now please start!! Base miles are great but don't let that term give you an excuse to do nothing all off season. Your incredible base won't help you much when Paul puts the hammer down and decides to ride you off his wheel.
