500 watts for 20 seconds.

Scott came back from the holidays ready to rock. He had a very active trip but was off the bike for a few days, I wanted to get him right back at it by challenging his will and fitness. 20 burst - 1 min rest then repeat. Scott was well over 500 watts for the full 20 seconds

Scott is so pumped about his numbers he's yelling them out to me!
