I'm proud to say I will be coaching Mr Kyle Rupay!! Kyle has been racing for a few years now and has decided he wants to take his training to the next level. I will be working with him on his cycling and introducing a weight training plan to make him more of a well rounded athlete. Look for future posts on his development and race results.
