Mental toughness

Do you have the ability to concentrate for long periods of time? What about belief in yourself? Confidence? How relaxed are you? These are skills you may have in everyday life (or not at all) and they may be things you may have worked on to get you where you are today BUT are they something you train for in cycling or sport? This is where I can help. I can work with you on a few things on top of just the physical side of training.
