Hey I'm no Arnold but yes I lift a little weight in the off season and I've been a bit of a gym rat my whole life. I really enjoy it. It changes things up a bit and gives my legs a rest. I enjoy the break and put on a bit(just a bit) of muscle. If your interested in hitting the gym and getting away from the bike for a week or two my advice is..........go for it!
