Here are a few pics from today's workout. I put these guys through 2 hours of pain - Boot camp style! Cross training like this is a complete shock to the system, you may think your in shape but after a few mins of jumping jacks and crawling and a burpee or two you will be winded and begging for mercy. These guys crawled up and down stairs and shimmied across soccer posts. Lunges, crawling, hurdles, push ups they even back pedaled around a 400 metre track!!
