You need a training partner who can work around your schedule, who can meet you where you ride and who can push you to do things you never thought was possible! Fitness Boot Camp
Cross training at its best. Running, jumping, burpees, box jumps, lunges, jumping jacks, rope climbing, pushups, kettle bell, situps,even flippin tires.We will be organizing midweek and weekend boot camps. NOW INDOORS!! Wednesday nights all winter long!!
Spin classes
Once the weather isn't co-operating we will be heading indoors
Bronze coaching package
BRONZE package - $150 per month - Monthly training program - Detailed goal setting - Determine training zones - one on one training available ($75 per hour) - Motor pacing available ($50 an hour) - Weekly email consult - Detailed training evaluation
Silver coaching package
SILVER package - $200 per month - Everything offered in the bronze package PLUS - Weekly training program - Nutrition reccomendations - re-adjust training program as needed - One on one training available( $60 an hour) - Motor pacing available ($40 an hour)
Gold coaching package
GOLD Package - $400 per month - package includes all of the above PLUS - Specific daily workouts - Unlimited email consultations - Unlimited phone consultations - Motor pacing ($20 an hour) - One on one personal training ($30 an hour) - race course pre-rides - pre race consult, discussing strategy and tactics -
